I would either bet of fold on that flop, if he has the NFD with two pair/trips you are drawing VERY slim.

If you pretend those hands never happened, and play another 30000 hands and pretend they never happened then your winrate should still be 2bb/100 because those hands are not included in your winrate....

If the top 15 books were read by someone who has only had 2 hours of playing experience in poker it is unlikly that his skill at poker games will increase heavily.
IMO books help, playing helps...
