I don't think villain would bluff twice against a preflop raiser who could have a big pocket pair.Even if you give yourself 6 outs it is still a fold.

Since you are heads up I would not cap preflop with JJ.

But...I would raise the flop.If I get reraised bye bye,if not I suppose I have the best hand at the moment and continue accordingly.
