This is a product with many improvable flaws being sold at first generation prices with an obscene legacy cost. Of course the idea for an ebook reader is awesome, it's been around the mid '90s. ...

No. This will flop horribly in the consumer market, and may be good for academics. People don't consume music like they do books.
