110+10 is worse rake than 100+9? lol i cant do math.
party added a new 110+10 sng. and a 216$ and 350$ aswell.
but these two arent available yet, so i dont know if they raised the rake or its...

yeh bulldog, i've found tons of 4-5bedroom houses for something like 3500$/mo. for 8 guys splitting that would cost almost nothing. the problem is that should be harder to find a well-equipped big...
