Hi sahaguje:

We do have a French publisher and expect to see the first Two Plus Two book in French early next year. Of course that doesn't do you much good now.

Best wishes,

I had...

Re: Are Depraved Indifference Laws Wrong?

If you use a simple conception of justice as reciprocity, then a group of reasonable people deciding which laws to pass would certainly try to find a way to prevent extremely selfish acts like this...

Re: Simpler Question About Future People

I guess it depends on a lot of factors, like :

- the probability you die before being able to make a very good use of that 10 million dollars.

- the probability you attribute to the existence...

With good draws, you want to commit either the minimum or most of you stack on the flop.

I like autorating in HE, but I did not take the time to make good rules in PLO. But

1) I would cleary emphasize the post flop agression more than the preflop stats.

2) I would only rate players...

Re: Betting the flop for hand protection?

Do not bother too much about pot protection. With a good hand, you aim at maximizing your wins, not minimizing your losses. And with average stacks, potting the flop is usually the best way to do...

Re: Plo desktop Backgroud with useful concepts

The nut flush draw is a good hand only with some other outs.

Even your better straight draws lose a lot of their value when there are 2 suited cards on the flop.

Folding is rarely a bad idea...

Re: *** JANUARY 2007 Low Content Thread ***

60/40 ? That seems quite an edge to me. Interesting discussion, by the way.

PS :

I still cannot adjust to 6 max tables...

With 7 players or more, I am 30/13/4, and I win 20 BB/100.

With...

2/4 6 max, Aces against a min raise.

2/4 6 max, flopped set played passively

1/2 6 max, wondering if bluffing is ok.

Villain is a good 50/15, a little passive preflop but usually agressive on flop with made hands and big draws. I have a LAG image, raising a lot of hands.
