if co is a kind of opponent open wide variety of hands, such as 76s/87s,and at the same time is not showdown bound, i will 3bet wide variety hands too, including qjo/qjs/qts.

10-20 is the most important limit i think you need to spend a lot of time on it before moving up.
from 10-20 to 20-40/25-50 is not so difficult.
30-60 will create another little bit problem.

c/r helps build a large pot whose board may help your opponent's hand when u r OOP.
will u be willing to fire 3 barrels to take down the pot if he just has a draw?
