Re: NL100 Overpair vs. TAG on ugly board
that depends on the player, min-raises preflop are usually weak donkey plays. either way you now have a good shot at making a good 4-bet that will build the pot for you in position and also give you...

Re: NL100 Overpair vs. TAG on ugly board
because of the min-re-raise.
he's 16.14 so he's raising pretty much all of the hands he's playing. His 3-bet is so weak that I'm very happy to 4-bet to 18 or 20 here and fold to a push.

Re: 100 USD - Deep. Overpair on a wet board.
I would definitely bet the turn.
As played I think the river is a call. You'll be shown 55 a bit, but I would expect a lot of busted draws (incl. 89) to overbet shove the river like this.
Any stats...

Re: Nl100 KK how do i get the most value?
villian's aggression is pretty high so it's reasonable to think you might induce a bluff from him on the river. He's checking behind with all made hands and probably not calling a decent sized bet...

Re: NL100 TP + FD on turn
I would 4bet preflop.
I think c/r turn is ok, but I generally prefer a half-pot bet as it looks like a double-barrel.

Re: 200NL: I hate myself (Hand against ASPoker8)
[ QUOTE ]
After thinking about this hand a lot, I think betting the turn is a must to prevent getting bluffed off our hand. Can't AS play perfectly against us? He can call PF with any PP to hit a...

Re: Sucky pf spot with QQ
I doubt you can fold here given the odds you're getting. Button might read you for a squeeze against the frequent 3-better.
You have pretty good equity even if his range is just AA,KK,AK, and that's...

Re: moving up stakes
cut down tables and see if your true winrate improves. 3.2/100 is nowhere near enough to move up without an adequate bankroll. If you find 100NL any tougher (and you should) then your winrate will...

Re: NL100: Play TPTK as nuts vs. PF caller?
In the villian's eyes the flop c-bet means nothing - we could have two random paints, an over-pair or ace high. he may have continued with a similar range. checking the turn disguises our hand and...
