Hand 1, with 4 to the flop and stacks this deep it seems prudent to check the turn. As it happened, really sick getting raised on the flop, folding is probably best though I'm not sure I could fold...

Ya I like checking turn, I'm not neccessarily folding to a > 1/2 pot bet on river though. One of the main benefits of checking turn is to catch a river bluff which could easily be more than 1/2 pot. ...
