I got them to work for the size I use /images/graemlins/wink.gif. I noticed that the betpotscript can't always read the potsize correctly at each windowsize, also with the hypersimple theme.

Ok I got it to work for the maximum size. However, at smaller sizes it didnt seem to work. I resized all pictures to the size that the original pictures had, but that didn't work.

That indeed is the problem. When I used the hypersimple theme it worked.
I'm using the no images theme with the hypersimple buttons. However I cant get the color changed in the call/raise/fold...

Not that I'm aware of, they even told me they give the bonuses to people who dont play that often and are not so succesful on the tables.
At least thats the reason they gave me as explanation why...
