I wouldn't call the turn raise solely on stats of 32/20, it would depend more on observed hands, since some lagfish can easily spew pre and play passively post.

Did CO fold? Without reads I would c/f this flop vs. two other players and fold to MP's bet. I can't see any hands that MP would lead multiway then fold to a raise. He probably peels with all pairs,...
