i've heard 10bb/100 but I think it's BS, at optimal play you can make 5bb/100 at those levels. Make sure to use good table selection too.

I was running about 2bb/100 L08

I've been running bad too. If I flop a set the flush comes, if I flop a flush the board pairs and bottom two pair takes it. Last night someone capped every street with nothing but made a runner...

I was just curious about what to do in a HU pot when you, let's say, flop the nut straight (and there is no low, or the low doesn't come in) or nut flush, and your opponent raises the flop and check...
