Re: Cincinnati Kid - on TCN (2:30am EST)

Raising him on third street with a lousy three flush.

Re: 10/20 other side of the coin

Calling is the best option if he has AK/KK/QQ/JJ only.

A slow played set

On the flop I wanted to let in a someone who was chasing overs or had an 8 or 9.

The turn makes my hand pretty much a lock, and I think if he has a 9 he will fold for a PSB. If he has an 8 I am...

Bluffing a hand with good showdown value

I cannot get the convertor to work.

His turn call convinced me he had a jack, and I figure he has to be putting me on AK, so the river is a great spot to bluff.

Re: Your action?

[ QUOTE ]
Both villians are weaktight. Only reason I didn't raise prelop is because this table was calling too frequently.

Another good reason is because you have A2.

Well, this gets capped if your are behind (flopped set or str8) and doesn't get capped if you are ahead. I cap this bitch on the turn and then check the river.

For answers to all your questions please read my post again. Failing that, try thinking.

Thank you.

Re: top and bottom flop decision

I think this is a pretty easy fold vs Elky. He used to be a top starcraft pro and this is a pretty bad board to have top and bottom on vs this action.

Re: tough spot with AA i think

This is brutal. If you want to play a huge pot with this hand, you must reraise more preflop.

Re: Tricky spot for me with AK PL 10/20

Check. Call his river bet.

It went raise reraise preflop, there is not alot he can have that is drawing very live. This is pretty much a way ahead way behind situation.

Re: Claims to fame.

I was on 20/20.
At one point I was probably one of the top 25 starcraft players in Canada (maybe top 50).
I met Paul Martin (CDN Prime Minister) when I was in Grade 8 and then used the photo of me...

Re: PokerStars initial deposit bonus

Yes the $120 is the reload; new players can get the reload. The $50 Microbob is talking about is from an affiliate not the site.

Re: Poker Stars Reload 20% to $120. (Seriously.)

I wonder if you're allowed to transfer to other accounts and then redeposit.

Or sign up under an affiliate, get the same deal, as well as a poker chip set or $50 free.

Re: Why aren\'t there any affiliates for PokerStars?

There's no rakeback deals because pokerstars doesn't pay affiliates MGR. And yes, it's exactly like that. You get it after 100 FPP (about an hour).
