Re: donkbet why?

in one of fimbulwinter's old posts he says one of the criteria for moving up to 5/10 (lol those were the days) was knowing when to b3b and when to c/r. villain hasn't figured it out yet.

Re: [100NL] AK, TPTK on river vs push

If you are reraising AA/KK/AK only like most ssnl regs then maybe this is a fold. But really you should be reraising enough that you just never ever fold AK on a K-high board in a RR pot.

Re: Fold AA to Turn C/R?

ugh i hate this spot. i mean a 35/12 will sometimes have 99 here and think it's the nuts, but more often you're beat. whatever you do it's really close imo.

Re: One of the toughest hands I\'ve played - 200NL

I think your play is fine. You could fold flop, but I don't hate the call.

I was originally going to say c/c river to snap off his missed spades. But now that I think about it, he probably has...

Re: river bluff vs. 2p2er

*grunch*

I really dislike this. I think river is a clear call.

As it is, you are repping: missed draw/555/222. Given this range it is definitely profitable for him to call with any Q,...

if villain is thinking he should call you pretty lightly. If the turn was a whiffed c/r then why didn't you lead the river (from villains perspective)? Do you have any read as...

Re: A river c/r bluff

thanks for all the replies. to respond to a few of them:

I thought villain has a draw here a huge amount (often a draw that hit that J on the turn). I don't think he even bets a T on the river...

A river c/r bluff

I only have 150 hands on villain, but I have him at 19/18/2.5 in that span. He seems pretty decent.

Re: gettin silly again

The fact that you do stuff like this a lot is good. This particular spot I don't really like though. You probably bet an overpair on this flop (and/or raise the turn). Anything stronger than one...

Re: Over-bet bluff shove...250bb deep.

yeah there is no way he is calling with one pair. The only hand he can possibly have that will call you is AT, and he doesn't have AT.

Re: 200nl 6max DEEP- Raised flop NutFLushDraw facing 4 bet push!

I agree with shpanko on this one.

As played, you've gotta fold the flop. You have an average of maybe 10.5 outs, and given that you're not getting the right odds.

Re: 200 nl AK pre against 67/2 donk

when a 67/2 limp-reraises, he has AA or KK.

or very occasionally Q4o (but not occasionally enough to call here).
