I'd see a flop with the first hand, depending on reads. I open raise in MP3 with worse hands than KJs to steal blinds; unless MP3 is a total nit, calling and 3 betting are both options.

Yes, too aggressive. Don't 3 bet the turn; fold the river. Your former-overpair can't be good here. You're up against a set, two-pair, or a straight pretty much every time.
