I have a few credit cards issued with smaller banks that have gone through as well...the majors (Chase, BofA, etc) seem to be insta-declines more often than not.

I got locked out of a SNG as I attempted to call an all-in and then when it let me back in the screen, I got timed out of pocket kings.

It also cost me some spots in the Razz freeroll.
