Is it a tarp? Or just shove?

Unremarkable villian, but ive seen him limp/call then check/fold a fair bit. Shove?

Couple of tough spots

Villian who raised flop seemed fairly unimaginative the other player in the hand was very loose. Easy fold or push?

Re: NL100 --> JJ in RR-pot OOP ... 3way after 4way preflop action ...

Dont mind pf or flop.

I bet the turn for value/protection here. If someone calls i most likely check/fold river.

Re: 200NL - Let\'s see if he can call a shove...

Me no like. No Q folds, you beat his bluffs anyway. He may even work you out and call you with a better ace and youve got next to no equity.

Moving from $100 to $200

After playing $100 proftiably for 6 months or so on ipoker, i now have the roll to move up.

What are the main differences from $100 to $200? Is everyone just 'a bit' better? Or are there any...

Two pair can suck sometimes

Villian quite passive at 23/4/1 over 50 or so hands.

A good line to extract value? Shove river? Or should i be folding somewhere?

Bit lost on the river.

Re: mid pair vs. aggro reg

AQ and KQ are a big part of villians range, i dont know why people think he wont cold call with them pf. Id fold flop quickly.

As played if you were ahead on the flop your still ahead so call....

Re: This is my standard, but is it spew? AK pre flop, NL $50 6m

[ QUOTE ]
InsideEdge,
I rarely 4 bet shove with any of my hands as I view it as a gross overbet shoving $50+ into an $7 - $8 pot. So doing it here wouldn't be good.

Re: Playing Late Position Junk

Just call flop. Youve got show down value and a draw to the near nuts. Nothing that beats you is folding the flop and your hand is not strong enough to raise.

Re: This is my standard, but is it spew? AK pre flop, NL $50 6m

4 bet all in pf >>>> 4 bet to any other amount >>>>> calling.

getting our 4 bet to say $20 called puts us in some very tough situations oop, it may mean we fold the best hand alot. You have to...

Re: NL200, TPTK minraised on turn by donk

I hate min raises but whenever i try and get aggro against them im beat like always.

I think people overestimate the times when people are doing this with a draw/cheap bluff.

Re: 99 vs minraiser.

Raise/folding flop sucks.

Can you not see this line invests almost half your stack only for you to fold.

Not sure about raising pf either, but could be pursuaded. It just seems to make the pot...
