Re: Pinksheets and Reverse Mergers

Most of the people I've known involved in OTCBB or Pink Sheet companies have been fraudulent or questionable at best.

Apologies for my negative comment. Also I don't own that stock, so I wasn't...

Re: Pinksheets and Reverse Mergers

[ QUOTE ]
Much cheaper? Why do you think people do reverse mergers? Because you can't do it yourself "much cheaper".

But why does he want to be public if he doesn't need to raise money? It's a...

Re: Pinksheets and Reverse Mergers

Maybe I was out of line asking for free advice, but anyway I read their most recent annual report.

It's so low because they have 2 billion outstanding shares. Another part says there are 200...

Re: Pinksheets and Reverse Mergers

I was comparing it against buying an already trading shell or a virgin shell for 300-700k vs self-filing for ~100k and waiting.

Re: Pinksheets and Reverse Mergers

Wow, that's a hostile response.

My question is really why they have a public company if the stock price is worthless and they don't need to be public to make films. They are clearly making money...

Re: How Do I Get \"Credit\" For All Our Monthly Charges?

No, I think Orchard Bank and Capital One approve almost anyone. Citi is another one (maybe not for long hah). Store credit is easy but only good if they report.

Going the secured credit card way...

Re: How Do I Get \"Credit\" For All Our Monthly Charges?

As someone mentioned, utilization is a big factor. It'd be better to get 3 secured credit cards and put $5000 credit limits on them and have balances lower than 10% of the limit.

I'd do that...

Re: Pinksheets and Reverse Mergers

Also, say I have $3M right now, would going public be a good strategy to raise more money, assuming I have excellent management and a big company that we're partnered with.

This isn't the company...

Pinksheets and Reverse Mergers

I've always been skeptical of reverse mergers.

I have a friend who has made millions taking a company public on the Pinksheets a few years ago. But now his stock is very very low. So he's...

Re: Presidential candidate scandal being covered up?

I'm 90% sure this is Hillary Clinton.

I've personally heard a friend of the Clinton's say that Bill has "[censored] buddies" he hangs out with to hook up with girls. Like a huge radio station...

Re: I think I\'m in love but I suck at life

Above all, don't write a [censored] letter.

People want what they can't have.

Be an [censored]. She'll love you. Make her jealous or else she'll take you for granted.

Stick to Steve's...

Re: LoL Lilholdem training vids

Hyper aggression and volume?

That 'sickest poker video' he raises every hand literally, 3bets out of SB, leads every flop almost and of course calls a 2-way all in with T9o and wins vs AA.

Re: would Jesus have been good at poker?

To clarify, the Gospel of Thomas is supposed to say how to become Christ/God. Like the old Jewish saying, if I knew God, I would be God. I find this intriguing and an obvious reason why it was...

Re: would Jesus have been good at poker?

Denouncing it as heretical makes me believe it's legitimate.

Some say it was written around the same time as the Gospels.

At least the Gospel of Thomas allegedly reveals something about what...

Re: would Jesus have been good at poker?

It is from the Gospel of Thomas, not in the Bible. Supposedly the only direct quotes from Jesus. All weird mystical stuff, like Kabbalistic or gnostic.

Re: 100k hand graph - Brag or Variance?

This is not true. Your 100PL is 6.4 bb/100. The PT graph is in dollars, so however it is it isn't right so divide by 6.5.

I'm running at 110 bb/100 in Mexican Pesos.

EDIT - at 500NL your...

Re: 240bbs deep, full house vs major fish
