Re: NL50 - AQ river action

In a vacuum, with these descriptions, I'm betting and extracting value. Have you C/R'ed him on such a dry flop before?

Re: How bad is this.

I'm not sure why you called pf, if you're going to fold right here. That said, this is one of those you're pretty readless and you're probably way ahead or way behind situations.

So, either...

Re: Nut flush c/raised on river, value in shoving?

I was thinking that 44 never peels this flop, and for some reason I didn't think a boat wouldn't play this way, but I guess players can be terrible. You're right about the equity though, it's closer...

Re: 100NL Crappy turn spot.

I fold. You're behind a good deal of his c/r'ing hands. Also, with that many hands on him, do you have any idea what his SB calling range is?

Re: C-Bet here?

That's about as good as a c-bet flop as I've seen.

Re: Nut flush c/raised on river, value in shoving?

Shove all day. Also, I believe your equity is higher than Somnius's stove analysis, because some of those hands are not peeling the flop.

Re: Raise or call flop with overpair against tight passive opponent.

This is read dependant for me. I would look him up and see what he's making that river bet with. I'm not sure how often enough you'll see JJ here to make this profitable though.

Re: NL200: I don\'t know how to play OOP in 3-bet pot.

I'd raise preflop a little bit more to $25 or so. Everything else I'd play the same.

Re: [100nl] Light 4 bet? Give up when called?

That's such a dry flop, you have to cbet.

Re: 100NL triple barrel ok?

It's marginal, but, honestly, I can't see this being profitable in the long run.

Re: brag or beat: my life

You even posting this says you know it's unhealthy. Cycle in some physical activity and pick up another hobby. You only get one life you know (probably).

Re: You have a ful house - big deal.

Meh - would you really donk the turn if you had a 9? Or, if you had a higher boat would you lead out? C/R the turn AI, or if he checks behind, C/R a river scare card .

*edit* fwiw, people tend not...

Re: NL100 small overpair on drawy flop

[ QUOTE ]
I fold JJ also. QQ-AA probably call and CRAI some turns and C/F others (like a spade, an 8, a 7....)

[/ QUOTE ]

Why? What's his range when C/R`ing here that you would call with red...

Re: NL100 small overpair on drawy flop

Are you guys folding red JJ-AA here as well?

I'm thinking about calling and shoving any non-spade safe card. If you guys muck them too often here, a better player will pick up on it and pound...

Re: Butchered hand, $200 NL

I assume your river was a blocking bet, because you wanted a cheap showdown. What type of hand range did you put villain on?

Everyone needs to calm it with the hate. Always with the typical ethnocentrism.

Re: How do YOU respond to active 3-bettors?

Threaten to shortstack, and follow through. lol

But in all seriousness, please don't.

There's no easy answer to this. Game-select better, swallow your pride and find a better table. If you...

Re: PT screenshoots: Stats for last 106K hands of .25/.50, .5/1, & 1/2

You're what I call a semi-nit. You limp too much, and you raise too little, and you severely undervalue the power of position. You play ABC poker, and only play your cards.

When and if you move...
