Ok, I tried a small withdrawal using Moneybookers and it worked /images/graemlins/shocked.gif Money was in the account within 12 hrs.

I don't if this has been mentioned but Poker.com allowed me to withdraw to a newly set up Click2Pay account without having to make a deposit first. I had deposited via Neteller initially...
