Re: Waiting in line for PS3
my plan was to buy 3, by having 2 of my friends camp out with me, and pay each of them $100 for their troubles.

Re: Waiting in line for PS3
i've heard that waiting in line is going to be pointless, since retailers will be entirely sold out through the pre-sales. i've also talked to an acquaintance who works at a best buy, and he said...

Poker in North Carolina
i'll be in the outer banks for a bit (8 days) and am wondering if there's any poker to be played anywhere within a few hours of there. I'm assuming no, but i still have hope.

Re: Party 25NL - no reads, TPTK
it can't be a c-bet, as he wasn't the PFR. Likewise, it seems odd that he'd have just limped with QQ+. I'd lay it down anyhow though, because the odds just aren't there with only TPTK.

Re: JJ Push Checkup

Re: Having trouble with broadway cards pf
in EP, i'm throwing away anything below AJs unless its an exceptionally passive table. Calling raises with most of those hands is fairly disastrous too, as a lot of the times you are dominated...

Re: How long should a poker session be?
also, if you have a lot of money on the table and are not comfortable playing that deep (to the point where it is affecting your play negatively), feel free to end the session.

Re: Where did you get your name? (NC)
When i was younger, i was really into 311. I was also really into Japanese culture... so i took the 311 song "Omaha Stylee" and turned it into SamuraiStylee. I used that for all my online needs...

Re: (PS 100NL FR) JJ Multiway Pot
i don't think checking can be right. if he is on a flush draw, giving him a free card is bad idea (it allows him to draw out for free). if he hit a set, i can't see him cold calling the flop and...

(PS 100NL FR) JJ Multiway Pot
Reads: MP1 is loose-passive preflop and weak-tight postflop. 51/1/3 (aggression factor seems misleading on him.)
MP2 is very loose pre-flop, and only min-raises preflop. if he is re-raised, he...

Re: NL25 Hand Reading
min-raise usually indicates monster or huge draw. since there's no real draw there, he probably has a monster.

Re: (100NL) 99 UTG flops OESD
i was folding to any decent river bet. There's always the chance SB is bluffing with a missed draw, but i'm not sure if SB would be leading both the flop and turn without the nut flush draw(meaning...

(100NL) 99 UTG flops OESD
Reads: SB was 64% VPIP after 22 hands with an aggro factor of 2.2... seemed solid post-flop, but it was a small sample size.
