You may have the best hand now, but if you don't, there's very little chance of catching up. That situation usually calls for a bet/fold-to-raise. Unfortunately, a normal size bet here would be 1/3...

Well, in a pinch, this will work /images/graemlins/smile.gif I created a fg.bmp to get my old table back, but be careful, the file size has to be exact or PS won't open a table. This is a quick-fix...
