Re: Opening up my 3 betting range

This is way too complicated to give some simple guide...the best answer we could give is that you shouldn't 3-bet all the time or call all the time...it depends on so many factors. I think your...

Re: you ever try [censored] like this when you think youre gettin 3b light?

didnt see this was 100NL...yeah this sucks.

[/ QUOTE ]

There isn't that much difference between 100NL & 200NL anymore...if it sucks, it sucks at both levels.

Re: nl 100, I played my AA extremely passive. line check.

Gross man. It's okay to play it passive sometimes but this makes me a sad panda. Lets just ignore the flop and turn for now...what is up with the river? Did he decide to trap you for 3 streets? ...

Re: qq oop

Whoops I misread stack size...I like a CRAI, I think you'll get it in ahead of a a lot of draws here.

A turn call could work as well but I think you gain more value when he makes a bad turn call...

Re: What would you classify a guy with these #\'s

Is this 6-max? I wouldn't be all that surprised to see a style like this be profitable FR provided he's doing it mostly in position.

But then again 34 VPIP is pretty high so he's probably just...

Yea I'm seriously considering quitting CR and joining Leggo. I'm sick of hearing a random high stake player talking about how the games are changing for $20 a month.

Re: qq oop

I insta-call and expect to see TT/JJ here. I think a set or KK+ raises the flop. My range for villian would be 88-JJ,AdKd,AdQd,TdJd,ThJh (doubtful)

Re: Battling Flop Miniraises from Regs

Does he minraise with air as well as a piece of the flop sometimes?

This kind of makes me want to start minraising aggresive regulars.

Re: 200NL 3-bet light - continue the line + stack off on flop?

This is a simple odds calculation here.

75.95 to win 195.95, looks like you have 8 outs...plug and chug.

Sorry that was supposed to be cold call his preflop bet, then it becomes an easy bet/fold?

Re: VPIP hand ranges

Well good players UTG range is way different than their button range...roughly like 2x the UTG...and that's taking into consideration the times someone opens up in early position and you have to...

Say we CC his flop bet, then it becomes an easy bet/fold?

Also, shouldnt he be bluffing this flop with basically whatever he got here with, and how many K's are in his range?

Re: VPIP hand ranges

I play like 24/20 and I can assure you that range is wayyy to narrow for my button...VPIP is not what you should be looking at.

Re: calldown oop with tiny pp.

You're right...the CO's range is really wide so he is going to have lots of marginal holdings on the flop...however, this range still beats you by the river. A guy like this is going to have mix up...

Re: calldown oop with tiny pp.

Besides QJ & maybe KJ, I can't see many overs in his range that missed.

Way more likely to be 55-88,A9,AT,JT,QT. A 26/19 would probably bet most FDs on the flop.

This is not a profitable call...

Re: NL 200, squeeze with 44 on button?

I guess it's okay but set mining in a multiway pot in position is way more profitable.

I bought the Table Pack yesterday and it was ridiculously easy to install and looks amazing. Took like 5 minutes and would have taken me 4 hours or more to install myself.
