I asked FT about the deposit fees and they say they charge the affiliates around 3.3% of the deposit amount.
From what I can see, I am being charged by RR 100% of this fee, not only 27% as I thought...

With RR it's a trade, if you want to cashout on demand then you have to deal with neg carryovers. If you are willing to wait with another affiliate then you don't get neg carryovers in...
