My best guess is he has a flush since his hand looks super transparent if he raises the turn with the flush so...

call and lead the turn for $32..if he pushes or raises fold..I think you can get away with a $35 blocker on the river unless a Jack comes in which case I'd bet 3/4s pot.

I think we are getting value-towned. If he is at least a thinking player doesn't he know that that is an innocuous turn and river and that since you called the flop and the turn the river likely...

Really think flatting turn is the best option here...call lots of rivers against this guy as he definitely gets out of line against regulars (2+2ers) from my experience.
