I dont think it is terrible to bet the turn, you are just multi-way and it is much less likely to work. You are going to have callers and your hand is not that strong.

I dont mind preflop if you can play well post flop. 4bet is probably not bad tho seeind as the min-raise is pretty weak or donkish.
Flop bet seems a bit large. You should probably make it around...

1. MP and BTN Limp. To me, how often does anyone, even if it was MP, actually limp in here with AK,KK, or AA. If they did, whatever, with no read, I felt here.

I would probably just call and get ready to check/fold a river. He eithier has a better jack or ha 44 or 66.
He doesn't really just cold call a flop bet and raise the turn on a bluff very often.
