Re: Stud8 - (AA)K facing reraise from Q door

Aces and kings are similar, but aces are better, particularly since they are live and concealed here.

I have no idea what hands the low cards have, but I think you should charge them the max if...

I don't see how this is good. The Q is probably raising because the K is dead. I would 3-bet 3rd multiway and as played checkraise 4th. You can't let all those low cards see 5th...

Some really pathetic people on this forum. Are you all in 6th grade or something? You know the person you are talking about is a member of this forum, and meanwhile I'm pretty sure this...

Re: Buried aces, everyone pairs his doorcard

Very easy fold. Given the cards and action, atleast one person has trips.

Re: Random Preflop Frequencies Question

[ QUOTE ]
I say reraising AA is higher variance b/c you are more likely to get involved in a very large pot than if you just flat-call. If we flat call, we're going to raise most c-bets and bet...

Re: AKs in the SB with limpers, level 1

This is from a Belowabove video. I was wondering what his videos would be like, because he is a fairly successful aggressive player, but I don't think he understands a lot of the "book" play.

He...

Re: Stud8 - Is this Collusion?

The guy with 37244 had a good hand on 5th street and it was a good play to jam. These guys don't know you have split aces. It is likely you have a ace with a concealed pair, or maybe a 3-card low...

This thread is retardo, sorry. Gee someone random raised and we have AA, what do we do? Cmon.

Re: Random Preflop Frequencies Question

[ QUOTE ]
I reraise here even though it's higher variance because it makes the hand a lot easier to play. If he shoves, yay! If he even just calls and then checks the flop, I think we are...

Re: I have a plan

I thought about this and I think it is way too much of an in joke. Certain 2+2er types think flat calling is bad here, but might do it with a big pair to trap.

There are some problems with it....

AKs in the SB with limpers, level 1

I got this hand from a video. The play of hero and the rationale seemed a little nonstandard, so I thought it would be interesting to discuss.

Level 1 of stuper, original stacks 2K, blinds 10/20....

Re: Razz: .50/1 daily special

There is no point in playing the hand when you are at best a small dog on 3rd and the same on 4th. I don't play these stakes, but I would autofold both streets.

Re: Stud8 - 245 suited bricks twice

Definately 3-bet 3rd multiway.

As played, 4th and 5th are correct.

Big stack making big early position raises early in WSOP ME

I was wondering how I should have handled this. Last year's WSOP ME, initial table early to mid day 1. I am in seat 2. Seat 5 is a middle aged Asian, who has accumulated a big stack. He showed aces 7...

Re: Weird hand from 6k tourney in Sweden

Re: Multistreet slowplay in razz by spainman

He has to have atleast a 3-card 6 on 3rd and a 4-card 6 on 4th. Figure he was playing for a limpreraise on 3rd and a checkraise on 4th. On 5th, he probably paired and just check/called against my...
