Re: AP, rigged, etc. #8981.4 - the plot thickens

The response from Poker Stars got me thinking.
They don't write the hand to the log server until the hand is completed.
In the screen shots of the xls file from AP, every action was date and time...

NL $50 turned flush on paired board facing river all in

No reads - 3rd hand at the table.
It took a while for me to fold this - with no reads I made up my mind that I was no good to a FH or higher flush. Now I'm not so sure, anyone see a call here?

NL50 BB with AQs facing raise from MP

Villain is 31/18/3 after only 16 hands.
I've only played about 2000 hands at NL50 and was not sure whether I played this correctly..

Do we reraise preflop? (or fold?)
Do we check raise flop?...

Re: KK facing some action

sorry - didn't state that very well - I meant we are ahead more times than we are behind, and the whole situation is +ev.

Re: KK facing some action

2 in 5 preflop raises (I presume this is the 3rd in 6) suggest he does this light. AA should have reraised, so discount that. The amount of times you are behind to QQ, 33, and 22 MORE than makes up...

Re: 10NL: flop crappy straight, std line?

If I'm folding the turn, I'm folding the flop.

His 4 for aggression does suggest he could be doing this as a semi bluff.
But there are plenty of cards that would help any of villains holdings,...

Re: suited connectors flops flush draw - what\'s my play?

preflop is a fold for me. Out of position, raiser is short stacked. UTG may have reraised.
Flop is a check, or at most a $2 bet, I may call up to say $5 if bet/raised to by UTG + 1 if I felt I could...

Re: AK flops straight in 3bet pot, turn Very scary

Based on villain's preflop raise, I put him on AA, KK, QQ or AK.

I'm trying to get it all in after that flop. And I would start with a pot sized bet and lead turn. You will get max value from...

Re: odds to make a hand = 4*(#of outs)

The reason this works (as a general rule of thumb) is that after the flop and turn there are 47 and 46 unseen cards.
i.e. ~50. i.e. approx half of 100.
if we have 3 outs then converting 3/47 to a...

It may help setting your import to every minute in pokertracker. The effect would be that you would have shorter (1/3 of the hands being imported), but more frequent (every minute) processor load....
