I think the flop bet should be pretty standard, getting something like A8 to fold would be a coup. Once raised I'd just call. If there were some callers hanging around, then there might be some value...

I'd usually just go ahead and 3-bet preflop, but calling is fine from the BB. The rest of the hand is completely standard.
Folding to a turn raise would be very bad. Just call down and see AK or...

Preflop is a clear fold to me. 23s is pretty crappy. (is the SB .15 on pokerroom instead of .10? ... if not then the call is even worse)
