Sorry for the BEYOND narcissistic bump, but someone deleted my drunk, rambling post that may, or may not have been an attempt to help people out.

Re: ******** November Omaha Low Content Thread ********

FWIW,
Sorry to everyone I crushed last night.
I probably wouldn't have given many serious answers anyway.

Mods probably made good choices when deleting my posts.

GL all.

Re: 200FTP: Linecheck

I tend to not 3bet pf here because we are OOP with <20% of our stack committed. But, my suspicion is that the 3bet only increases variance and is in fact a reasonable play, and might even be slightly...

Sigh... I can't believe some of the responses in here sometimes. FWIW, Gordo is probably one of, if not THE biggest winner who posts here regularly. You don't have to incorporate it in...

Re: plo100 - fold wrap??

I think a cbet is pretty standard here. Can you tell us why you didn't make one?

I do think that, given the action you should now fold. You said that you had 31% equity here. This will not often...

Re: 30PLO turn quads facing minraise?

Minraise. Pot the river. People who do this stuff hate folding here.

No, not kidding. Although hand selection is clearly not one of my strengths, I like to think that I can outplay 98% of my opponents post-flop. I literally see almost 70% of pots...

Re: $200PLO board texture, stack sizes, [censored] omaha

I take the call line <5% of the time. I was curious as to whether or not people think it has any merit. In my experience, people who lead into a preflop raiser tend to have drawing hands on draw...

Re: $200PLO board texture, stack sizes, [censored] omaha

Thank you for the replies. This is somewhere I normally push but decided not to this time. This looks like it is the worst possible board texture for a set though.

If stack sizes are 200BB, does...

Re: Preflop A987 vs Fish repot in position

Propoker tools has an option where you can enter your hand vs AAxx or KKxx. Type those in and see what kind of equity you have preflop.

In general, when you raise a decent-good hand preflop, you...

Re: 100 AA hand

I think any time you can get ~65% of your stack in preflop with AAxx you should, so I like repotting preflop. As played, flop, turn, and river are fine.

Re: 7789 on 67T borad w/ FD, turn T

I think a bet here is good. Since you bet the flop, your hand looks more like a straight, and you will get a call from fd + overpair a lot. Of course T7, T6 get it in too hence the "felt it and cry."

Re: 100 plo hand vs donk

If he is that passive, a check also allows him to make a worse hand (straight??) and call a river bet.

Re: PLO 5/10 350bb deep flopped nut straight

If he had a set + fd he is calling here. It seems unlikely that he would bet that hand and ruin his implied odds. I do think that his most likely hand is 79xx and that he thought you had a set, and...
