hod do you play middle set?
Please comment how bad was my line here? After a raise on flop I was afraid of aces and if villain checked behind on turn it was quite clear he didn't have str8, but what to do on river?

I play the same limit and it sure is hard to say what willain has here. It can be bluff sometimes, but I would fold it 80% of time or so. I think it's acutally better to lead out 1/2 pot occasionally...

In this hand it's not so obvious that villain has quads, the flop call may indicate fd, Q8 or Q5. Of course it's opponent dependent.

Now, this is probably the worst hand I've played lately. I knew that villain made trips on turn, so I potted hoping he will not get there. He got perfect implied odds and I voluntarily payed him out....
