This converter (http://www.neildewhurst.com/hand-converter/) usually works for Full Tilt.

Even with your cleanup it's hard to be sure I'm not missing something because the size of the pre-flop...

I don't know of any site like that although I've seen the question raised before and nobody could come up with anyplace to get the events entered data. (Wins, in-the-money, and amount of winnings...
