I think the question you need to ask is why does Full Tilt have their policy on multiple accounts. Most likely to avoid players from bonus whoring, getting rake back when they did not have it on...

Cibc was the first to restrict access to usemybank, i guess we should of seen this coming.. really sucks, was an awesome payment processor

I had a similar problem with FT, they just closed down my play account, even thought it was the first account I created and kept my real money account open. No big deal.
