I would probably have bet the flop...you could fairly easily fold to a raise. Or c/f against this type of opponent. In a 3 way pot it's unlikely he's betting anything you beat.

Yeah, I'm very surprised that it stayed at 5 for 20...the bonus clears so fast at that level. It's still better than the 10 for 75 they used to have.
