I would definitely suggest renting a car. Dealing with NJ Transit is such a hassle. I live in philly, and its a 60-70 min drive with no traffic. Transit takes 90-120 minutes. Pony up the extra few...

I was there and like JaketheSnake i too didn't do too hot. Didn't catch any draws and rag cards, always next time. All in all it was a very good game and a great setup.
