I dont like PF miniraise, no matter what I have.
a) I think you should (of course it depends on your opponent).
b) I wouldnt. On the flop there isnt many other draw than T9 and even I dont know...

That you should never fold Kings PF. If you are deep enough and you are not getting odds to chase set. And ofc you have to be playing against certain type of opponent.

Raise PF, be the aggressor. Then its easier to raise this flop if you face the same bet.

1) Like you did, nothing wrong there. I would have bet little more than that, around 12.
2) Just call PF.

Well you cant fold this, thats for sure. Yes, you can just call this sometimes to mix up your play and Check-Raise him all in at flop. Or of course you can raise 7-13$ /images/graemlins/smile.gif
