Fold equity + good draw + the fact that they may call / check turn and you can take a free card = def bet, something like t2,000.

Table was tight in general, but villian hasn't been at table as long as the others, and has been much more active than the rest of the table (seems semi lag possibly a little donkish). About 10 mins...

Pf raise is fine, though I'd make it a bit more t130-t140ish. Check the flop tho.

Edit: to say check because in a 3-way pot you're getting check/shoved a lot on this flop.
