Belterra is about 45 more minutes west of Argosy. You have to pass Grand Victoria to get to it.
Yes Belterra does have a poker room.... used to be the best of the 3 till Argosy opened their poker...

I believe RR is correct. Due to the fact that significant action(ie more than one player's action) occurred after the "all in" bet of $300 the $500 would not be considered in play.
