Play a lot, read the forums and post any hands you're unsure of. As far as goods go, try the HoH series if you're mainly into tournaments, as it offers a ton of information.

I still see a TON of people overplaying things like AJ or KQ here. UTG or UTG+1 is still no place for these hands, and at mid-level we're certainly not in push/fold mode.

You probably want to raise at some point, in this case the flop seems fine. Just check/calling gives you no information whatsoever on what the villain is holding.

At this level you could have people calling with random pocket pairs. I'd also say just raise a good amount here, 180ish seems fine. Bit early to be racing if that's the case.

Tracking software

I have heard that PT is not that great at tracking play if I'm only invlved in STTs. If not, what would you recommend as a program to help look for potential leaks?

General AK question

Say in an $11 turbo (generally loose players), early and no reads. I hold AK late position, and 4-5 limpers. Do I just call and hope for a good flop, or just shove?
