Game is very loose, most hands are raised and 5-7 ways preflop. Villain is quite loose preflop and has been playing most suited(J4, 95) or connected cards in position, but he is not retarded...

His hand is most likely ahead, and I like to jam when I am ahead. I think it will make it easier to play later when you define your hand. Waiting for the turn puts you in a lot more tough...

Raise flop. At least 15 turn cards suck. Plus you get extra monies from loose flop peels that would fold the turn anyway.
