I really don't like pushing here...for what? t150 chips? I supposed it's not terrible, were the blinds going to increase fairly soon? I'd rather play a unopened pot and you are likely behind here...

It might just be me here, but does it matter what he has? I don't like the preflop raise, the flop call or the turn call. It's very possible he hit a set but who knows. queen is a possibility as well.
