Re: HSP Suggestions

I say lower the blinds to 50/100/200 no ante.

I think playing more within the players bankrolls will allow for much more action. Players would be more likely to make moves and bluffs.

Re: If you had to invest $1,000,000 of your money on ONE poker player.

Stu Ungar and only for poker purposes...you didn't say they had to be alive. I win.

Re: 22$ TT early

I always raise preflop to 3.5x BB...3xBB gives BB better implied odds than 3.5.

Only hands you can force out on flop is KQ, QT, or JT. Even so, you could get called on flop if you c-bet.

Re: Stars 1k KQ hand

Leading out on turn screams KQ or AK or AA...C/C then make bet 85% of pot on river.

Re: Jamie Gold: First Omaha Tournament EVER!

I think Jamie thinks this is his best game, and rightly so. I think he realizes now how bad he is at NL.

Re: HSP: Varagounis?

I really liked his style...not a big fan of how he played that KK hand. Should have raised on turn imo...if not then checking river is best move. Betting river made no sense to me. Check/call FTW

Re: most watchable pros

Phil Laak and Antonio Esfandiari. Both have great personalities (even though I don't respect laak much as a person for -EV reasons)

Re: Sickest hand of poker ever

This doesn't even compare to Negreanu vs. Hansen on HSP S2. I don't think I have ever seen a sicker hand in my life. Not only was the beat sick, but the way the hand was played.

Re: Which online player deserves a crack at HSP next?

I'd like to see a 50/100/200 game on HSP...it is high stakes and we would just get more HSP which is +EV
