The "One Chip" rule comes into play a lot at a home game I frequent. Some of these people can be a pain and will argue this point since it is not "One Chip".

I understand that in the spirit of the rule, cards would speak in this situation, since the cars only moved an inch, and you would want to award the pot to the correct person when possible. But...

The one game I play in regularly also has the 30 min rule for cashing out. I can understand the reasoning behind it, since it is mostly a friendly home game (that gets kinda serious sometimes).
