Re: TPTK in a bad situation...

this looks like a fold-the fact that he called your flop raise and that the turn bet seems like it was trying to keep you in the pot, plus the fact that he pushed the river all says that TP is no...

Re: 25NL Flop top 2 pair

Re: NL100 JJ vs loose player

i prefer calling his raise and seeing what he does on the turn since we have position. a push is only getting called by hands we lose to. i would probably bet if checked to depending on the turn,...

Re: PT says I am losing money with KQo, sample:

looks like he has some kind of jack or if hes aggressive AK of spades. either way i think you are usually behind in this hand. i probably bet the turn and shut down on the river if i get called. i...

Re: Did I play this right?

i might call the bet and see what he does on the turn since we have position, but i think this is okay too.

Re: 25NL nut flush draw on flop - standard?

this looks fine to me, most likely hes on a straight draw/lower flush draw (possibly both) with some piece of the flop. your overcards are probably outs as well.

Re: Stick It to the Union, or Time for a Nice Raise? PP 100 6M.

i'm at least calling, probably raising here. i think we are usually ahead in this spot against this villain. it's hard to put him on a runner-runner heart flush, so i think 78 is the only hand...

Re: NL25$ TAG or TAP on the flop

A) raise, theres a lot of people and a raise might be able to fold out a higher flush draw. plus we get value from AK which i think almost always calls a raise on this flop. if we are reraised we...

Matusow on FT $1k/$2k

Re: 25NL: AA

how about a check-raise on the turn since you said he usually calls your flop cbets and bets turn if you check? on this type of board i'm more concerned with taking down the pot with a strong move...

i just wanna hear some of your guys thoughts on trying to extract value in a heads up pot after you raised preflop on a safe flop. is it even worth the extra few bets the times they don't draw out on...
