If you think his range is too strong on this type of flop to making shoving a profitable play, then you probably should have folded to the 3b preflop.

Screwed up on my IRA contributions... now what?

Ok, so you have to call $400. This means you need to have 28% equity on the river to make the call.

Now, if he has any 6, 22, or KT (a very pessimistic range imo) your equity on the river is 36%....
