I really feel like on the first hand on both the flop and the turn you showed alot of weakness betting only 1/2 pot you gotta make bigger bets when you are ahead, on the river it definetly could be...

you shouldn't be forcing yourself to play everyday because your not going to play your best and thus giving up value. you should only play when you are relaxed and ready

i dont thnk i four bet here usually after all those limpers and then your raise, he is probably not doing so with worse then AK and its Probably JJ+ i could be way off though

chasing losses os the quickest way to tap out your bankroll and end poker all together. you want to chase your losses move DOWN. the games less tricky and your wagering less. this is hard for most...

overconfidence is tilt...since tilt is anytime your not playing your best. secondly who cares about proving how you won the chip you won them don't start bleeding them away just to prove your worth....

i shoud have put a disclaimer about my ugly preflop play i dont usualy do it i wanted to try a lil something diff one time...i was more confused with his post flop play

i don't think raising here leaves you with 10bb 160X4 is 640 which leaves you with 1910 which is more then 10 bb. i don't think a shove is necccesary yet. especially since the limper is the big stack...
