I would c-bet this flop and proceed based on any reads. Readless if called or raised I would be trying to get to showdown as cheaply as possible and usually folding to much heat. ...

Bet/fold seems best, folding is easy to this villan when he raises river as I think you see a bluff very rarely, and his calling range is probably wider than his betting range if hes going to call...
