1) I believe you should bet the flop with weak made hands to get, like you said, more str8 forward flop play. If I had 77 here I would gladly bet into the raiser to get the UTG raiser to fold his...

I have a question, the turn is 3 handed, the flop was draw heavy and 9 high, do you really expect one of these guys to fold a pair here at any point of the hand ? Do you think they both have a draw ?

I personally don't like peeling a flop like that vs a tag because I think that he will have a pair on that flop close to 70% of the time considering the range I put below and usually (at 100/200)...

I usually raise river and consider a fold if 3 bet by a good player. He could definitively be value betting his rivered 'better' two pair or using that scare card as it will be hard for you to raise...
