1st hand is awful. fold when he 3bets you since his range is heavily weighted towards crushing yours and you arent getting set odds.
2nd hand needs to be 3bet preflop. i hope he tabled ak and you...

what are we putting the villain on? do you have stats? id need a decent read to call the river that he can 3bet 1010 or JJ or AQ out of the blinds and then triple barrel as a bluff to call the river.
