Re: 100nl - Top Two vs 50vpip fish 145 deep

Salut. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thanks for the responses and so far everyone seems to agree that 3bet is the best move. I felt so too but I wasn't sure.

Party Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em...

100nl - Top Two vs 50vpip fish 145 deep

Salut. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Villain is 50/4/0.7 with a 20% WTSD over 80 hands, no other history. I might be percieved as tilted becuase I've been coolered twice already but I'm not sure if...

Salut. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Ok It's getting too late for me. Disregard anything I've written in this thread and I'll check it out tomorrow.

Re: AA facing heat

Salut. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

It is kind of baffling that he chose to donk twice here but I think it's a great line with set when you're this deep. If you were 100BB deep then he'd C/R more...

Re: AA facing heat

Salut. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

In case I was being misunderstood: I meant fold on the turn not the flop.

Re: Line check with vulnerable set

Salut. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Too narrow. You don't know him, he limped UTG and seems fishy - his range is wider. A large part of it is the flush but it includes QQ+,44,55.

Re: AA facing heat

Salut. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Tough spot this deep but I think you're being taken to V-town. There is obviously no room for anything but fold or call and I think you have to go for fold.

Re: Good spot to raise allin?

Salut. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I edited my post after you quoted me.
I disagree with AQ being a big part. It's there but without more information than that he's only limped once before I...

Re: Good spot to raise allin?

Salut. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I don't think it's spewy at all to shove here. We have very high FE against Qx unless it's Q2 or KQ and a lot of the bad villains will make a weak turn bet into...

Re: Top set on SOAKING wet board.

Salut. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

It's annoying that we're deep here. However I would still prefer to B3B the flop since we have top set. We max out the value vs the two lower sets and worst case...

Re: Line check with vulnerable set

Salut. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Raise preflop most of the time but checking is ok. I'd check 66- and raise 77+ most of the time in this situation.
Lead pot on flop both for value and...

Re: 100NL TT as overs facing a check raise 3way

Salut. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Odd. Did the converter mess up hence you editing? Anyway, it gets tougher at this point but it's still a fold. Judging by BB's stats he's not very aggressive,...

Re: 100NL TT as overs facing a check raise 3way

Salut. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Well, you didn't mention how big your sample is but if it is large then you're doing pretty badly here. While BB might be full of crap now and then, but probably...

Re: KK line check against unknown

Salut. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I'm thinking that maybe we should B3B here since it's rainbow. I'm not sure if our range changes all that much if we 3bet instead of call. Only thing it might do...

What about calling with 22-77? Is it a big leak, cause you wont hit set to often? I call only with small pairs OOP for setmining.

Totally game flow dependent. If it has played passively and you guys have not 3bet eachother too then you should probably fold. However, if you have been...

Re: nl100: 3betted AJ flops TPTK gets c/r

Salut. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

This is a very annoying spot that you got yourself into. TBH I think you should polarize your 3betting range versus a tightish UTG to something like {QQ+,SCs}...

Re: 1/2: 66 on rag flop oop

Salut. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Your flop c/c combined with turn donk is really weird. And basically you're repping a weird range {7x,33,44,56,air} and from villain's POV he's WA/WB with {TT+,...
