I'd say he has a flush and is value betting more often than not. If he's loose he probably won't fold a weak flush... but I'm not sure.

Yeah I'd been raising more than 3x because of the antes. and getting quite a lot of folds. Do you think 2.5 and 3x BB work as well when antes get involved?
In the end I did call and felt like it...

At these levels guy could be holding A3, the flop and turn bets he makes look pretty weak to me, in fact as he was in the small blind he could be holding pretty much anything. K3, Q3, J3 34 23 etc....
